John Rives
John Rives has been in the business of delivering service excellence for nearly 20 years in Australia and the USA. John came to Australia as a Senior Executive of Optus Communications.
In 1995 John joined Optus Vision as Director of Information Technology and Customer Service where he once again assumed responsibility for translating the vision of service excellence into a commercial reality. Later, as CEO of United Customer Management Solutions, one of Australia’s foremost customer service outsourcers, he grew the business from 400 employees to over 1000 based on its reputation for service excellence.
John left UCMS in December 2002 to form Clarus Consulting. John is considered to be one of the foremost experts on service excellence in Australia.
Venita Hudson
Venita Hudson has practiced organisational psychology for nearly 20 years in Australia.
Most recently Venita was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers responsible for their Global Human Resource Solutions division. The division provided clients with executive selection, volume recruitment, psychological services, executive contracting, human resource consulting and outplacement services.
Venita was a pioneer in the volume recruitment industry being one of the first organizations to remodel traditional recruitment techniques to manage high applicant volumes.
In the psychological services domain, Venita became the first licensed electronic provider of Raven’s Advanced Progressive Matrices globally.
Venita has also assisted many major Australian businesses undergo significant change through the provision of HR consulting services.
